These infographics were developed in a collaboration with MindLab and the staff and patients at Finsens Centre in Rigshospitalet. They are intended as explanatory tools when talking with patients about lung cancer or oesophageal cancer.
One of the concerns in the overall project, was that cancer patients might walk away with unanswered questions or undiscussed topics that were important for them to talk about. The poster above was put up in the waiting room. The text says “What is important for you today?”, which was also the title of a pamflet that was part of a series of tools, to help with both answering important questions from the medics and examples of personal questions from other patients.
